hey man... fellow east coaster.. aight,, dont get the sigma.. get the nikon 15mm. sigma has soft edges which you can easily notice. i promise go to a review site and read about it. but remember long lens is ok when properly used for skateboarding.. if you really want to shoot skateboarding phoos you will need about $900. two radio slave attached to 2 flashes (sumnpack 544's) go to skateboardphotography.com.
